3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or final sale items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
